Compatibility & limitations

• Use only the water level and aroma type permitted by the supplied instructions. Essential oils can damage units not designed for direct oil use.

30-day returns

Care & safety

• Unplug before filling, emptying or cleaning.
• Use clean water and empty stale water daily; wipe the tank and water path to reduce mineral/slime buildup.
• Keep the air outlet and electrical base dry; never immerse the base.
• Place on a level water-resistant tray away from electronics, walls and bedding.

Quick troubleshooting

• No mist/rain effect: check water level, lid alignment and mineral blockage, then restart.
• Weak mist: clean the atomising area as directed and use fresh water.
• Sound/light control does not respond: dry the touch panel, disconnect power briefly and reconnect.
• Water leaks: unplug immediately, empty the unit and inspect tank/lid seating before reuse.
