Our Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Item is unused and in its original condition
• Item is in its original packaging
• Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident
• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
• Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at gomanbyy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at gomanbyy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
