The payment methods currently available for your order are shown securely at checkout. Availability can vary by device, order, and the payment services enabled for the store.

Authorisation and charges

Your payment method may be authorised when you place an order. An order is accepted for fulfilment only after the required payment authorisation is confirmed. If a payment is declined or interrupted, follow the message shown by the payment provider or try another method offered at checkout.

Secure checkout

Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not ask customers to send full card details by email or through the contact form.

Currency and totals

Product prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown before you confirm payment.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before a credit appears.

Payment support

For questions about a payment status or order charge, email info@gomanby.com and include your order number and the email used at checkout. Never email full card or banking details.
