Compatibility & limitations

Care & safety

• Keep the sensor window and charging port clean and dry.
• Remove the light from its mount before charging or wiping it.
• Use a soft dry cloth; do not spray cleaner directly onto the sensor or port.
• Do not place above a cooker, shower or other high-heat/high-moisture area.

Quick troubleshooting

• Does not switch on: charge fully, move to a darker area and walk within the sensor range.
• Keeps switching on: move it away from curtains, pets, moving fans or heat sources that may trigger the PIR sensor.
• Falls from the mount: clean and dry the surface, replace damaged adhesive and allow fresh adhesive to bond before remounting.
