30-day returns

• Wipe the double-zip track clean, close end to end and replace the valve cap.

Quick troubleshooting

• Bag reinflates: reseal the double zip, tighten the valve cap and inspect for small punctures.
• Pump does not remove air: hold it squarely over the open valve and confirm the zip is fully closed.
• Zip separates: reduce contents and close slowly with the supplied clip.
