Compatibility & limitations

• Requires a compatible bag with a valve and intact zip seal; it does not heat-seal plain bags.
• Vacuum sealing does not replace refrigeration, freezing or food-safety time limits. Avoid vacuum-packing hot food or delicate/crushable foods without care.

30-day returns

Care & safety

• Keep the suction port clean and dry; do not immerse the motor body.
• Wipe food residue immediately and store with the port uncovered until dry.
• Charge away from the sink on a stable dry surface.
• Inspect bag valves and seals before reuse.

Quick troubleshooting

• Air remains: reclose the bag zip, flatten wrinkles around the valve and reseat the sealer vertically.
• Motor runs but bag does not shrink: check valve compatibility and remove blockage from the suction port.
• Unit stops early: recharge and avoid running repeated cycles without a cooling pause.
