Compatibility & limitations

30-day returns

Care & safety

• Engage the safety lock immediately after every use.
• Wipe the cool tip with a dry cloth; never rinse the body.
• Charge on a dry, non-flammable surface away from gas.
• Stop using if the neck, electrodes, switch or charging port is damaged.

Quick troubleshooting

• No arc: charge fully, unlock the safety slider and clean dry residue from the tip.
• Arc is weak: move the electrodes close to—not buried in—the target and recharge.
• Will not charge or gets hot: disconnect immediately and stop using the damaged unit/cable.
