30-day returns

Care & safety

• Wash the hose and spout before first use and whenever a new bottle is fitted.
• Do not immerse the pump body or wet the charging port.
• Sanitise food-contact parts regularly and let them dry completely.
• Charge away from the water bottle on a dry surface.

Quick troubleshooting

• Pump runs but no water flows: straighten the hose, confirm it reaches the water and reseat the spout.
• Leaks at bottle neck: stop and refit the pump on a compatible cap/neck without forcing it.
• Slow flow: recharge and check the hose for kinks or blockage.
