GOMANBY started with an uncomfortable question: why do so many online stores ask customers to trust a dramatic product name, a supplier photograph, and a countdown timer instead of useful information?
The problem we wanted to address
The internet makes it easy to list thousands of products. It does not automatically make those listings clear. Dimensions disappear, compatibility is vague, colours are called “assorted” only after purchase, and safety claims are repeated without context.
Why Home & Decor and Kitchen
These are the rooms where small objects affect daily routines most visibly. A faucet attachment should explain its thread size. A rechargeable chopper should explain what can be washed. A sink organiser should tell you to measure the basin. Those details are ordinary, but they are the foundation of trust.
What our fulfilment model is
Some products are fulfilled directly by supplier partners. That is a form of dropshipping. We would rather state it plainly than cover it with an invented warehouse story. GOMANBY’s role is to curate the range, improve the information, coordinate support, and remain accountable for the customer experience.
What we are building next
Our priorities are original photography, standardised measurements, verified customer stories, clearer delivery estimates, and fewer products that meet a higher documentation standard. This is a work in progress, and the progress should be visible.
