Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders are processed for dispatch and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at gomanbyy@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery typically takes 7–16 business days depending on your location. USA orders arrive in 7–14 days, UK orders in 8–14 days, and Australia orders in 10–16 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $35. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies and will be shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can also use the Track My Order page on gomanby.com to check the latest status of your delivery.

Are your products quality-tested?

Yes. Every product in the Gomanby store is handpicked and reviewed for quality before being listed. We only sell products we genuinely believe in.

Why do some products have different delivery times?

Some products are sourced from different suppliers, which may result in slightly different handling and shipping times. The estimated delivery window for each product is mentioned on its product page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

We offer 30-day hassle-free returns from the date of delivery. Simply contact us at gomanbyy@gmail.com to get the process started.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that! Please email us at gomanbyy@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or issue a full refund.
